What can be done in Toledo? Some people might snicker and say absolutely nothing, but I do not feel that this is the case… I sat here thinking and I came up with these things:
Toledo has a variety of things that can be done to enjoy the few hours between the celebration and the reception:
• The Toledo Museum of Art

The Museum is just west of Toledo’s downtown business district, directly off interstate 75.
It has free admission and is open from 10am to 4pm on Saturdays

• The Toledo Zoo

The Zoo is open from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and costs $10 per person for admission. There is a parking fee.

• Take a walk and enjoy the Wildwood Metropark, where the reception will be held later.
There are a variety of walking trails and playgrounds at the park.

• COSI Toledo
COSI Toledo is a hands-on science museum located on the riverfront in downtown Toledo Ohio with over 300 exhibits for kids of all ages. They are open 10am to 5pm on Saturdays. Admission is $8.50 and there is a parking fee. COSI Toledo is located at 1 Discovery Way, at the corner of Summit and Adams Streets, on the riverfront in downtown Toledo.

• Westfield Shopping Center
Is a place in Toledo where you can shop and pick up a quick snack. The normal hours are 10am to 9pm on Saturdays. http://westfield.com/franklinpark/
• Columbia Gas Ribs on the River on August 5th
